"The sin that Adam and Eve committed was not being naked—the sin they committed was to eat of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil that God told them not to. This act of disobedience opened the way for the father of lies to poison their minds by leading them to be ashamed of their nakedness. Being naked cannot possibly have been a sin for Adam and Eve as they were created and lived naked in the presence of God.
We believe that it was, and is, God's design for us to be nude. To call clothing good, and nudity bad, is to twist the entire nature and reason that God provided clothes to Adam and Eve in the first place. God did not make clothing to hide nudity, but rather to protect from a hostile environment. No one can seriously contend that God intended that the only two humans on the planet hide their nudity from one another."
Other than the belief that social nudity is part of God's plan for us, we are a mainstream non-denominational Christian church which follows the Apostles Creed:
"I believe in God, the Father Almighty, Creator of heaven and earth,
and in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord;
Who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary,
suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried.
He descended into hell; On the third day he rose again from the dead;
He ascended into heaven and sits at the right hand of God the Father Almighty,
from there he shall come to judge the living and the dead.
I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy Christian Church, the communion of saints,
the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and the life everlasting. Amen."
Jesus died for you to pay the price for your sins, to reconcile you to Him, and to show His great love for you. His death is God's plan for your salvation.
"for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God" Romans 3:23 (NIV)
This sin has resulted in our alienation from God, but God wants a close and intimate relationship with you.
"Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with that person, and they with me." Revelations 3:20 (NIV)
You are invited.
If you have not yet received Jesus as your Lord and Savior, we invite you to do so now in the quietness of your heart.
