How to Visit the Garden of Eden (GOE) Church
We hold our services in the Recreation Hall at beautiful Lake Como Family Nudist Resort & Community, 20500 Cot Road, Lutz, Florida 33558, United States. Lake Como defines itself as a "Clothes Free” family nudist resort and rejects the term "Clothing Optional". The current Lake Como rules state that "Residents, members, and guests of the Resort are expected to be nude in the Resort, weather permitting.", especially in any of the main amenity areas such as the recreation hall, swimming pool area, hot tub, sauna and so on. If you are new to the idea of social nudity, Lake Como is a great place to give it a try.
You have a choice as to how to attend the church. All are welcome at the GOE church, but as the church is on the grounds of Lake Como Family Nudist Resort, they require a background check be completed by them within the last two years before anyone is allowed on the grounds to use any of the amenities.
To get the background check performed you need to call the Lake Como office at 813-949-1810 ext. 0, and tell them you are planning on visiting the GOE church and need a background check performed. Once the background check is complete there are two ways to gain access to the grounds to attend services, as a guest of the church or as a paid resort guest.
To attend as a guest of the church you will need to send us your full name, email address and phone number along with the date the background check was completed using the contact form above and we will add you to the "Guests of the Church" list that is kept in the Lake Como office. This list was created to allow attendance at the regular Sunday functions without having to pay the normal grounds fees of Lake Como.
Once that is done, on any Sunday that you choose to come to church, you will let the office staff know you are a guest of the church. They will check the list and then allow you on the grounds at no cost for the specific purpose of attending church functions only. For all first-time visitors we’d prefer to meet you at the office and guide you to parking and the Recreation Hall. Please be aware that if you attend as a guest of the church you will not be allowed to stay on the grounds after church functions are over.
If you’d rather attend as a regular paid resort guest, you would follow Lake Como’s standard visiting procedures. Here is a link to Lake Como’s visitor web page "Visit Lake Como". As a paid resort guest you would be free to stay on the grounds and use any of the other resort amenities before and after church functions for the day. All first time paid resort guests are also required to take a tour of the facilities. Tours are given between 10am and 4pm every day.
